Customer Service

Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery in Australia

Viking Kitchen Food offers a FREE shipping charge on all orders bought and shipped on our site within Australia. Products are shipped with standard Australia Post services within Australia. Delivery times will be in accordance with Australia Post, delivery standards in Australia
For example:
We are not responsible for delays or damage in shipping as these are outside our control.

We do only sell these Business Packages within Australia.

 

Privacy & Security
We need your personal name and address details so we can ship the products to you. Viking Kitchen Food uses Bank deposits only.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also need your email address to send you the latest information and promotional discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your customer information is protected by the SSL security protocol. We do not sell or hire our customer information to any third parties but your information will be used by Viking Kitchen Food. You are our customer and we hope to build a long-term relationship with you.

 

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Viking Kitchen Food is a registered Australian business and according to Australian laws, you have full rights to get refunds within 30 days, if any of the purchased goods are faulty or if they are not as described on the website. You are only eligible for a refund if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in. If sealed, the seal must not have been tampered with and should be unbroken, the goods also have to be in their original packaging. You have no right to a refund if you just happen to change your mind concerning the purchase.

We securely pack all products and all products are checked by our staff for quality control before they are shipped out. Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to info@vikingkitchenfood.com.au If we are responsible for the faulty products, we will replace the damaged product if possible. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be offered a full refund of your purchase price of that product or credit. It all depends on the product and the issue involved. It is possible that the product may need to be returned at the customer’s cost before a refund is issued. This is at our discretion.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • DVD that has been opened and the “seal” (plastic wrap or sticker) is broken.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items on Sale
  • Special Offers/Promotional items

Payment
Payment We always require full payment before we can ship out the products ordered.

Pricing
Pricing All our pricing strategy is based on the Viking Kitchen Food business model. The products we make are of high quality and very well priced for such quality products.

Promotions
Promotions Viking Kitchen Food promotes and sells this Small Business “White Label Package” mostly from our website. We also use social media, Facebook, Instagram, our website, and many other ways to promote our business. This is all done of course to generate more sales and income for the business.

Modification to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 Product specifications
All products have been thoroughly checked before packing to make sure everything is in perfect order. As always if something is not according to standard, report that immediately and we will serve you ASAP for a replacement or repair.

The Small Business White Label Packages
Viking Kitchen Food’s “Small Business White Label Packet 1 or 2” are produced by Viking Kitchen Food. We are very proud to have put together this material in such a professional way. We have recorded all the videos/DVDs/USBs in the English language, with quality sound and English caption as well for the hearing impaired and to avoid any mistakes. The DVDs will play on the PAL system only. Each Workshop varies in length it can be from 10min up to over 38min playing time. If the customer prefers the Training Videos on a USB instead then we will swap the DVDs for USB, no problems.

  • Step by step Booklet comes with every DVD Workshop, which shows you in detail how to make your products, in case you don’t want to play the DVD while busy in your kitchen, then use the booklet instead. All the Products we teach you to make are:
  • Preservative FREE
  • No added chemicals of any kind
  • Organic meat (if you choose to use that)
  • Pure full cream milk.
  • Fresh Spices

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.

Packaging
The “Small Business White Label Packets 1 and 2” are delivered in a very strong cardboard box, totally sealed for safe and secure delivery to protect your products during shipping and are very well protected.

Shipping
Viking Kitchen Food offers a FREE shipping charge on the “Small Business White Label Packet 1 or 2” within Australia. We ship all orders within
5 working days after we have received full payments for the product ordered. For all delays, we will inform you immediately via email.

We use Australia Post and or courier to ship out all orders and the tracking numbers will always be provided at the time of dispatch.
All Delivery times are by delivery service standards Australia Post offers.
During times such as Christmas Holidays and peak service periods, products can be delayed and held up in Customs.

Payment
Viking Kitchen Food requires full payment at the time an order is made. To ensure that your financial details are always safe, we have chosen to use a direct deposit at the bank only.
