Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery in Australia

Viking Kitchen Food offers a FREE shipping charge on all orders bought and shipped on our site in Australia. Products are shipped with standard Australia Post services within Australia.
At checkout, you are provided with 2 shipping options as above for Australia. Please select one of your choices. Delivery times will be in accordance with Australia Post, delivery standards in Australia
For example:
We are not responsible for delays or damage in shipping as these are outside our control.

Privacy & Security

We need your personal name and address details so we can ship the products to you. Viking Kitchen Food uses PayPal and Stripe only for checkout and the reason why, is because we do not want your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. (You can pay on PayPal with your Debit or Credit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account) If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also need your email address to send you the latest information and promotional discounts. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your customer information is protected by the SSL security protocol.

We do not sell or hire our customer information to any third parties but your information will be used by Viking Kitchen Food. You are our customer and we hope to build a long-term relationship with you.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Viking Kitchen Food is a registered Australian business and according to Australian laws, you have full rights to get refunds within 30 days, if any of the purchased goods are faulty or if they are not as described on the website. You are only eligible for a refund if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
If sealed, the seal must not have been tampered with and should be unbroken, the goods also have to be in their original packaging. You have no right to a refund if you just happen to change your mind concerning the purchase.

We securely pack all products and all products are checked by our staff for quality control before they are being shipped out. Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to info@vikingkitchenfood.com.au

If we are responsible for the faulty products, we will replace the damaged product if possible. If the product cannot be replaced, you will be offered a full refund of your purchase price or credit. It all depends on the product and the issue involved. It is possible that the product may need to be returned at the customer’s cost before a refund is issued. This is at our discretion.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • DVD that has been opened and the “seal” (plastic wrap or sticker) are broken.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • All Downloadable workshops/files.
  • Items on Sale
  • Special Offers/Promotional items


Our website makes it very easy to order, just hit the “Add to Cart” button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. To view the cart, hit the “Cart” button on the top right of the website. It will show you everything in the cart and if you want to change something there it is very easy. Choose your preferred shipping option. When done you can head straight to “Checkout” where you can enter all your details and pay using your Paypal/Stripe checkout or pay with either your Debit card or your Credit card. No hidden charges when using Paypal or Stripe checkout. Very easy.



Payment We always require full payment before we can ship out the products ordered.


Pricing All our pricing strategy is based on the Viking Kitchen Food business model. The products we make are of high quality and very well priced for such a quality product.


Promotions Viking Kitchen Food promotes its products in many ways, such as social media, Facebook, Instagram, our website, Live Workshops, and many other ways. This is all done of course to generate more sales and income for the business.

Viewing Orders

We always give you the choice to check out as a guest or create your own account, it is your choice. You can always view your order while shopping, it is very easy, just hit the “Shopping Cart” symbol on the top right of the website to review all purchases you have done so far. When you have completed all your purchases, you can log in to your own account if you want to have a look at the history of all your previous purchases at Viking Kitchen Food.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.


 Product specifications

DVD and Downloadable Workshops

Viking Kitchen Food DVD/downloadable Workshops are all 100% produced by Viking Kitchen Food. We are very proud to have put together this material in such a professional way.
All the DVDs play on the PAL system only. Each Workshop varies in length it can be from 10min up to over 38min playing time.
You can fast forward, rewind, stop or skip to certain sections on the DVD/download while watching it. Each DVD/download has an English voice as well as English subtitles for the hearing impaired and to avoid making any mistakes.

  • Step by step Booklet comes with every DVD/downloadable Workshop, which shows you in detail how to make your products, in case you don’t want to play the DVD/download while busy in your kitchen. All the Products we teach you to make are:
  • Preservative FREE
  • No added chemicals of any kind
  • Organic meat (if you choose to use that)
  • Pure full cream milk.
  • Fresh Spices

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system


All single DVDs are packed in a padded bag and larger orders are secured in a Strong cardboard box for safe and secure delivery to protect your products during shipping on in a Satchel very well protected.


Viking Kitchen Food offers a FREE shipping charge on all orders bought and shipped on our site in Australia.
We only charge you the prices you see in your shopping basket.
We ship all wholesale orders within 3-5 working days after we have received full payments for the products ordered. Smaller orders can be shipped out even earlier.
For all delays, we will inform you immediately via email.

We use Australia Post to ship out all Parcels for wholesale orders and the tracking numbers will always be provided at the time of dispatch. All Delivery times are in accordance with delivery service standards Australia Post offers: Australia between 3-5 days.
During times such as Christmas Holidays and peak service periods, products can be delayed and held up in Customs.


Viking Kitchen Food requires full payment at the time an order is made. To secure that your financial details are always safe, we have chosen to use PayPal for checkout or Stripe, as the most secure payment provider.   Remember you can pay with your debit/credit card on Stripe or Paypal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Viking Kitchen Food offers wholesale prices to approved Australian businesses. All our wholesale products include DVD Workshop, including a Booklet, and wrapped and sealed to guarantee secure products.


If you are interested in selling our products, then we require some information about your business and we need to ask you to provide your telephone number (required by Australia Post).
We also need your ABN number for Australian customers. Your application will be assessed, and approved applicants will be notified by email usually within 24 hours.
Then you can email us and ask us to email you our Wholesale price list.
