Salami, Baked Pepperoni, Spanish Chorizo, and Thai Sausage. 

Salami: is made from Pork mince, with a generous amount of fat added to it. We mix it with all the herbs and spices to give it, its flavour and let it wait a short time before putting it into casings. Then we hang it up and let it dry in a suitable cool place until ready. The taste is very good. This Salami is very easy to make and without any preservatives. The experience of making it yourself makes it even better. Pepperoni Baked: is made from pork and or Beef, with a generous amount of fat added to it. We mix it with all the herbs and spices to give it its flavor and let it wait a short time before putting it into casings. Then you can bake it and it tastes very good. This Pepperoni is very easy to make and without any preservatives. The experience of making it yourself from the start makes it even better. Two Gourmet Sausages: These two Gourmet Sausages are made from quality Pork or Beef and we use the best spices as usual.
This is a very popular workshop and all the Gourmet Sausages and cured meat products taste absolutely awesome this is a great variety of meat products and all are totally different in taste.

 

In this workshop, you will learn how to make Spanish Chorizo, Baked Pepperoni, Thai Sausage, and Salami. 

We will teach you from the beginning everything you need to know to be able to make these great products.

That includes:

  • What meat to use
  • How to prepare the meat
  • What spices to use
  • The few tools you need
  • How to store your product, etc.

This is a “Hands-on” workshop where the teacher shows you step by step how to make all your products and allows you to do it yourself. We have over 15 years experience of teaching people to make various sorts of cheese, cured meat, and sausages. You will be shown everything from the beginning and can ask any question you want.

At the end of the workshop, the teacher will answer all your questions and go once more through every aspect of making your products and you get to take home a step-by-step booklet on how to make all the products. You also get to take home all the products you have made in the workshop.
