Quick Bacon

is made from Pork Belly. The meat is rubbed with herbs and spices and marinated for 4 hours or overnight if you prefer it with a stronger taste. Then you fry it up in a pan or on the BBQ. This tastes absolutely sensational and is easy to make and without any preservatives. Beef Jerky

is made from lean Beef which has been trimmed of all fat and cut into rather thin strips. After that, the Beef is marinated in herbs and spices to give it it’s flavor. Then it is dried completely. The taste is awesome if you can wait for it. This is very easy to make and without any preservatives. The experience of making it yourself from the start makes it even better.
