Bacon

is made from Pork Belly. The meat is rubbed with herbs and spices and marinated, then rinsed and cold smoked. You can do it on your BBQ if you have one with a cover. Then you fry it up in a pan or on the BBQ. This tastes fantastic and is easy to make and without any preservatives. The experience of making it yourself from the start makes it even better.
